Founded by Nina Arakaki, a Hawai‘i-born designer with experience in high-end residential, luxury condo, and staging design.

Before launching Pacific Warmth, she owned a Staging & Design company and later worked at Noe Studio, an interior design firm specializing in luxury island residences. Her portfolio includes projects at Ko‘ula, Park Lane, and private homes in Portlock, Kahala, and Lanikai.

Nina’s background bridges both design and logistics, allowing her to bring refined style and seamless execution to every project.
